Introduction
A Remote Pilot Training organization (RPTO) is required to impart Remote Pilot Training to any individual seeking for a Cat-1 [VLOS] Remote Pilot Certificate.
This course is referenced from a circular is issued under the provisions of the Rule 38, 39, 41 and Rule 47 of the Drone Rules, 2021 and Drone Training Circular 01 of 2022.
Applicability
Applicable for any person intending to become an authorized RPTO to impart Cat-1 [VLOS] Remote Pilot Certificate.
Applicable for any individual to become Remote Pilot of appropriate category.
